It hit me the other day, we only have 25 months to go before we should be in China.  It’s been nearly 2 years already that we’ve been working on  the adoption and now it seems like the end is coming up really fast!   Holy crap dude! I think we can officially call this the half way point.  We did some math and based on the current attrition rates, we’re looking at Jan 21st of 2011 (Noah’s 6th birthday).  More then once we had to stop and really take stock in this whole process and if it was something we still wanted to pursue. I’m glad we decided to stay with it

Not much going on other then the TOTALLY AWESOME VIDEO OF PRESIDENT BUSH GETTING  A SHOE THROWN AT HIM! I can’t remember a single other time in the past 7 years when Bush has shown that kind of flexibility and adaptability. Based on his past performance, I expected him to stand there and take two shoes to the face while jabbering on about how the socks will greet him as a liberator.  Maybe even a mission accomplished banner to drop from the ceiling and a statue of Chuck Taylor to be hastily created and then toppled by shoeless hordes.  I want my State of the Bunion address damn it!

Or I guess the reflexes could simply be a result of sharing an office with Cheney.
