I just bought a new D7000 (I’m broke for the foreseeable future), so prepare for the onslaught of new photos.   In case you care, the big thing with the D7000 over the D90 that I already have is that it’s low light performance is really, really outstanding. That means pictures without having to use the flash, which is a good thing. We’re going to try some ISO 2000 – 3200 shots at Noah’s gymnastics class on Wednesday to put it through a bit of stress. Here is one of Inara from today where she discovered her friend in the mirror.

We went to the woods out behind our house and took some fall family pictures. We’re going to try to take family pictures every season, we’ll see how that works out, but at least the first ones are up in the October folder.  Noah and Inara are doing great, Inara had croupe earlier in the week and Noah was Star of the Week in Kindergarten.  He has his own email account now, so keep an eye out for messages from him!
